The Vancouver Canadians eked out a 2-1 win versus the Silver Lake Baristas at Ashton Gate. Nobody did more than pitcher Po-sin Pang, who captured player of the game honors. The Baristas fall to 5-11 and continue their lackluster start in 2034.

The Canadians got a big at-bat from first baseman José Rodríguez. For the game, Rodríguez was 2 for 4 with 2 singles. In the top of the fourth, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 14th hit of the season gave Vancouver a 2-1 lead.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Rodríguez said after the game.
