A 4-RBI performance from right fielder Josh Kamm led the Joplin Fireballs to a 9-5 win over the Reno Raiders. The Fireballs, now 9-1, have been on a roll in the early going.

The Fireballs got a big at-bat from left fielder Mark Clubb. For the game, Clubb went 1 for 5. In the top of the fourth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 1st hit of the season gave Joplin a 4-3 lead.

"I just try to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Kamm.
