It was a fun time at Excavatar Park, where the Astoria Argonauts and Peoria Caterpillars tangled.

The Peoria Caterpillars picked up a win at Excavatar Park, knocking off the Astoria Argonauts, 7-2. Starting pitcher Sergio Padilla was an essential part of his team's success. The save was Roger Waters's, his 2nd.

The Caterpillars got a big at-bat from right fielder Eric Farlin. For the game, Farlin was 1-3. In the bottom of the third, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 7th hit of the season gave Peoria a 2-1 lead.

When asked about his performance after the game, Padilla said: "Like everyone else, I'm just doing my job."

The Caterpillars, with just their 3rd win so far in 2034, have yet to catch fire.
