Coronado Phantoms starter Francisco Zúñiga was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Canton Paczkis, 4-2. The Phantoms raised their record to 4-2.
Sean Hayward hit a 2-run double off Luis Vásquez in the bottom of the seventh, which put the Phantoms in front, 3-1. In addition to the double, Hayward had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.
"We're in a marathon, not a sprint," said Zúñiga. "But I like how we're playing right now."
