Despite a fine performance by designated hitter Mike Davis, the Rubber City Rhinos suffered a 6-4 loss to the Seattle Sasquatch. Davis went 2-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. Tom Murchison picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 1-3. Anupradana Agarkar was tagged with the loss. The Sasquatch raised their record to 65-92.

The Sasquatch got a big at-bat from left fielder Omar McKoy. For the game, McKoy went 1 for 1 with a triple, while adding 2 RBI. In the top of the ninth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run triple. His 4th triple of the season gave Seattle a 6-4 lead.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," McKoy told the Seattle Observer.
