Schmoll goes 3-for-5, Marauders Move to 101-48
|
The Maple Marauders topped the Bloomington Blazers by the score of 9-2, with the largest share of the credit going to center fielder Pat Schmoll. Schmoll went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 5 runs and scored once for the Marauders. Joey Steamer was the winner. Over 5.2 innings, he allowed 2 runs on 7 hits, with 3 walks and 2 strikeouts. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for Maple.
