Sasquatch Use Late-Game Magic to Beat Black Knights
The Seattle Sasquatch got a stellar performance from pitcher Jun Nakayama, who handcuffed the Brooklyn offense en route to a 3-2 win at Blue Ivy Stadium. Seattle reliever Nabil bin Baha picked up the win, upping his record to 3-2. Koi-sho An absorbed the loss. Hisataro Sato earned his 26th save in 31 chances.

Had Omar McKoy not delivered a key base hit in the top of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 3rd, McKoy hit a run-scoring double. That made the score 3-2, in favor of the Sasquatch.

"Getting ahead of the hitters was the key," said Nakayama.

The last-place Sasquatch are now 52-81, the Black Knights 60-73.
