A 4-RBI performance from left fielder Sean Clark, the two overall pick in the 2027 draft, led the Bloomington Blazers to a 10-3 win over the San Diego Hops. Zong-yuan Sang picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 2-0. Prince Percival Papenfuss was tagged with the loss. The Blazers now have a record of 78-51 with the win over San Diego.

Clark had a game-changing home run in the top of the eighth. On a 1-1 screwball from Prince Percival Papenfuss, he banged a grand slam home run to right-center, giving the Blazers a 7-3 lead. It was the 17th home run of the year for Clark.

"We swung the bats good throughout the lineup," said Bloomington skipper Javier Ramírez.
