Oklahoma City got a strong outing from Millard Richardson as the Prowlers defeated the Rubber City Rhinos, 3-2, at Memorial Circle Park. Richardson, the winner, moves to 9-4. He threw 8 innings of 3-hit ball, while fanning 5 and giving up 3 walks. Soleh Purbacaraka was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 34 of 36 save opportunities.

The Prowlers got a big at-bat from shortstop Alan Markham. For the game, Markham was 3 for 4 with 2 doubles. In the bottom of the fourth, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 25th double of the season gave Oklahoma City a 3-2 lead.
