Prowlers Topple Tornadoes with Late Rally
Oklahoma City starter Millard Richardson pitched effectively against the Kansas City Tornadoes at Debris Field. The left-hander led his team to a 8-5 win. Richardson went 8 innings to notch the win. He scattered 10 hits, walked 1, and struck out 6. His record improves to 8-4. Kansas City is in the throes of a 9-game losing streak.

The Prowlers got a big at-bat from pinch hitter Zhuo-cheng Min. For the game, Min was 1 for 2 with a home run. In the top of the eighth, with the bases empty, he stroked a solo home run. His 8th home run of the season gave Oklahoma City a 4-3 lead.

"We'll enjoy this win," said Min. "But there's more we hope to accomplish."
