The inspired effort of Dallas shortstop Rodrigo Quiñones was not enough to prevent a 6-4 loss to the Seattle Sasquatch. Quiñones was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Mike Horswill got credit for the win, improving to 1-2. He allowed no runs on 4 hits in 1.2 innings. Hisataro Sato converted his 24th save in 29 tries.

Rob Leibbrandt drew 1 walk in 5 plate appearances for Seattle. The 22-year old center fielder had a key at-bat in the top of the seventh. With two out and the bases loaded, he broke a 4-4 tie with a run-scoring walk off Ashoka Pancholi. It was his 20th walk of the season.

"We'll pop the top on a cold one and get back to work tomorrow," Leibbrandt said.

The Sasquatch are now 45-68, while the Texans fall to 66-48.
