A nice crowd turned out to see the Portland Beavers and So Cal Republic clash at House of the Republic.

The Portland Beavers downed the So Cal Republic, 6-0, at House of the Republic. The Beavers were led by Ralph Blair, who captured player of the game honors. He hit 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Their 54-58 record puts the Beavers third in the Roberto Clemente League Christian Latulippe Division.

Blair had a big at-bat with a runner on 2nd in the top of the third inning, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Beavers went on to win.
