The Mile High Mustangs defeated the San Francisco Earthquakes, 7-4, in Thurman Munson League action at Golden Gate Park, with Mile High designated hitter Miguel Olberos named player of the game. The Mustangs bumped their record to 58-52 with this latest triumph.

Olberos contributed a big hit, a 2-run home run, for Mile High in the top of the fourth. With his team trailing 2-1, Olberos took a slider from Kyung-hwan Ho and stroked the home run to left. His 5th home run of the season allowed the Mustangs to leap in front, 3-2.

"Anything I can do to help the team win," said Olberos.
