Markham Helps Oklahoma City Cruise to 10-3 Win
Alan Markham knocked in 3 runs to help Oklahoma City beat South Carolina, 10-3. The right fielder collected 1 single, 2 doubles, and 1 home run. The first-place Prowlers, at 59-45, now lead their division by 4½ games.

Markham had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the bottom of the eighth inning, when he hit a 3-run home run. The Prowlers went on to win.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Markham.
