1B Phillips Lights Up Princes for 5 RBIs as Kings Tie R1
Atlantic City first baseman John Phillips produced all the offense the Kings would need today in the club's 10-2 win over the Bel Air Princes.

Phillips went 4-5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once and was named player of the game, while Atlantic City moved into a tie in the Single A League Championship. The Kings and Princes are now even at 1-1 in the best-of-7 series.

Phillips's nice game included a clutch 2-run single in the bottom of the first.

"We've got a great group of guys," Phillips said, "and we're having fun right now."

Game 3 is scheduled for Tuesday. Slated to start are Alberto García for the Atlantic City Kings and Cole Sanford for the the Bel Air Princes.
