Sedona left fielder Dante Harris was sensational. He went 2-5 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once, but it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Paradise Island beat the Sabercats, 7-5. Harris was named the player of the game despite the loss. Paradise Island is now 21-34.

Had Chaz Farris not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 2nd, Farris hit a 2-run double. That made the score 7-5, in favor of the Pirates.

"I don't feel you win baseball games by working harder than the other team or 'wanting it more,'" Farris told the Paradise Island Observer. "You win just by scoring more runs."
