The The Stinging Larvae thumped the Sedona Sabercats, 13-2, at The Lair at Sabercat Field. Bill Crincoli was a big reason his team got the win. Crincoli went 4-5 with a home run and 3 singles. He scored 3 times and drove in 4. Danny Ramon, who went 9 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 2 runs on 10 hits, while walking 0 and striking out 12. His record now stands at 4-3. Even with the win, the Larvae have a dismal 10-27 record.

It could have been a different outcome for The Stinging, had it not been for Matt Gerhart, the 21-year old right fielder . Gerhart contributed a run-scoring ground out in the top of the second inning to put The Stinging up, 2-0.

"It's nice to come out on top today," said Gerhart.
