Panana City got a strong outing from Danny Wynn as the Bombers defeated the Victoria Totems, 5-2, at Donald J. Trump Presidential Stadium. The Bombers bumped their record to 19-11 with this latest triumph.
Tobias Magee had a big run-scoring single for the Bombers in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Panana City trailing 2-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a slider from Lance Rose and stroked the single to left. It was his 11th hit of the season, and more importantly, it put the Bombers ahead, 2-1.
"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," Magee told reporters after the game.
