Storm Continue Hot Start to Season With Win
Wichita right fielder Mike Gamble made his presence felt in the 12-7 Storm triumph over the Montreal Cardinals. Gamble was 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Jorge Martinez picked up the save, his 2nd. The Storm bumped their record to 15-7 with this latest triumph.

Art Barker, who is tied for 7th in the CFL in total bases with 63, aided the Wichita cause with a run-scoring ground out in the top of the first. For the game, the center fielder went 1 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.
