The Victoria Totems got a superb performance from left fielder Mike Wesseler, but the Yuma Varmits still won the game, 10-8. Wesseler was named the player of the game despite the loss. He was 4-5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Reliever Ruben Noyola picked up the win. His record improves to 1-1. Gabe Inoa took the loss. The Varmits bumped their record to 11-10 with this latest triumph.
