Victory Over Sabercats Takes Wichita to 13-6
The Wichita Storm picked up a win at The Storm Center, knocking off the Sedona Sabercats, 7-2. On the mound for Wichita was left-hander Dave McCrudden, who played a pivotal role in the win. The Storm bumped their record to 13-6 with this latest triumph.

Art Barker, who is tied for 3rd in the CFL in extra base hits with 15, aided the Wichita cause with a run-scoring double in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the center fielder was 1-4 with a double.

In postgame comments to the Wichita Observer, McCrudden said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
