Bian Goes Off, But Sasquatch Win
The San Diego Hops got a superb performance from third baseman An-yi Bian, but the Seattle Sasquatch still won the game, 7-5. Bian was named the player of the game despite the loss. He was 3-4 with 2 home runs, a double, and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. The save was credited to Hisataro Sato, his 5th. The Hops drop to 5-5 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2034 season.

Rob Leibbrandt aided the Seattle cause with a grand slam home run in the bottom of the second. For the game, the right fielder went 1-3 with a home run, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once.

"Our guys are never satisfied," said Seattle manager Chris Sexton.
