Augusta played host to Barbados at the friendly confines of Murderer's Row.

The Augusta Rail Riders defeated the Barbados Revenge, 8-6. Earning player of the game honors was third baseman Antonio Trillo, who was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Augusta now sits at 29-34, while Barbados falls to 30-33.

Carlos Arellano had a big 2-run double for the Rail Riders in the bottom of the second inning. With Augusta leading 2-0 and runners on 1st and 3rd, he got a fastball from Pablo Jimenez and stroked the double to center. It was his 6th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Rail Riders ahead, 4-0.

"It feels good to get this one," Arellano told the Augusta Times.
