The Tunica Diamonds topped the Santa Barbara Suenos by the score of 8-2, with the biggest share of the credit going to first baseman Danny Magana. Magana went 4 for 5 with 2 doubles and 2 singles, while scoring 3 times for the Diamonds on the day. Tunica now has a 3-game win streak.
The Diamonds got a big at-bat from left fielder Matt Strickland. For the game, Strickland went 1-3 with a home run and 2 walks, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once.
