Rockville played host to Barbados at the friendly confines of Brewbaker Memorial Stadium.

The Rockville Rangers topped the Barbados Revenge by the score of 7-1, with the largest share of the credit going to left fielder Alex Alonso. Alonso went 2-4 with a double, while scoring 2 times for the Rangers. The Rangers bumped their record to 27-26 with this latest triumph.

The Rangers got a big at-bat from third baseman Roberto Villa. For the game, Villa was 1-4 with a double. In the bottom of the second, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 4th double of the season gave Rockville a 1-0 lead.

"Enjoyed this one," Villa told the Rockville News. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
