Brooklyn Cyclones starter Rich Bisch pitched a strong game against the Scottsdale Scorpions at Vin Scully Park, leading the Cyclones to a 6-5 win. Brooklyn reliever John Robinson was the winner. His record is now 3-3. Timmo Brown took the loss. The Cyclones bumped their record to 23-22 with this latest triumph.

Tobias Carrillo drove in one run for Brooklyn. The slick-fielding shortstop had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With no one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 5-5 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Brad Harr. It was his 14th RBI of the season.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Bisch told the Brooklyn Citizen.
