Suenos Get Close Win Over Diamonds
Santa Barbara and Tunica duked it out at Dream Park and the Suenos came out victorious.

Oscar Alatorre made an impact in the 6-4 Santa Barbara win over Tunica. Alatorre, who is tied for 3rd in the PFL in home runs with 8, went 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and 2 walks, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. The win was Adam Stoltzfus's in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Joe Campton took the loss for Tunica.

Alatorre had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the ninth. On a 0-2 slider from Vic Horn, he banged a 3-run home run to left, giving the Suenos a 6-4 lead. It was the 8th home run of the year for Alatorre.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Alatorre.

The 5th-place Suenos improved to 8-12.
