Rockville Rangers starter Osamu Murakami turned in a top-notch performance against the Barbados Revenge at The Drunken Wench Stadium. The result was a win for the Rangers, 5-2. The Rangers bumped their record to 12-9 with this latest triumph.
Alex Alonso aided the Rockville cause with a 2-run home run in the top of the fifth. For the game, the right fielder went 1-3 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
"I give credit to my teammates for this win. We got it done," Alonso told the Rockville News.
