Caribbean rode a decent outing from starter Bill Schindler to victory over the Boca Raton Fighting Iguanas at Scripps Field. The final score was 6-2. The Fighting Iguanas fall to 5-7 and continue their uneasy start to the 2034 season.

The Commies got a big at-bat from center fielder Fernando Gonzales. For the game, Gonzales went 1-4 with a home run. In the top of the third, with the bases empty, he stroked a solo home run. His 3rd home run of the season gave Caribbean a 2-1 lead.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Schindler told the Caribbean Observer.
