Stone hits 2 home runs as Revenge Squeeze Past Caribbean
Getting a good performance from right fielder Danny Stone, the Barbados Revenge defeated the Caribbean Commies, 5-4. Stone went 3 for 4 with 2 home runs, a double, and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice for the Revenge. Yukiyasu Kawashima picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 1-0. Matthew Gottlieb was tagged with the loss. Lance Crumpton picked up the save for Barbados, his 2nd of the year.

A crucial at-bat came with a runner on 2nd and two out in the top of the eighth inning. That's when third baseman Domingo Villarreal drew a walk. The Revenge went on to win.

"We did enough to win," said Villarreal.

Barbados is off to a hot start at 6-2.
