The Minneapolis Freeze topped the Antioch Coal Miners by the score of 5-4 and moved into a 1-1 tie in the Triple A League Championship today. The largest share of the credit went to player of the game and Minneapolis starter Jorge Olivo, who threw 6 innings allowing 2 runs in the win.

Santiago Sierra hit a 2-run double off Steve Cherry in the top of the ninth, which put the Freeze in front, 5-4. In addition to the double, Sierra had 1 single and 1 walk, while going 2 for 4.

"Throwing strikes was the main thing," Olivo said.

Game 3 is set to be played Tuesday, October 17th, 2034. Slated to start are Enrique Galván for the Antioch Coal Miners and Yaichiro Tamura for the the Minneapolis Freeze.
