Quebec Wins at Home to Narrow Series Deficit to 3-1
The Quebec Armada have closed some of the gap between themselves and the series-leading Mile High Mustangs, winning 8-4 at Lucky 7 Ballpark today. Armada left-hander Adhipa Vemireddy was named player of the game after he threw 7 innings of 5-hit ball. The win cuts the deficit facing the Armada to 3-1 in the best-of-7 Divisional Round.

Quebec took a 7-4 lead in the bottom of the seventh inning. With one out, second baseman Abalendu Manglorkar hit a grand slam home run that set the crowd abuzz.

"We'll enjoy this win," said Manglorkar. "But there's more we hope to accomplish."

The next game is scheduled for tomorrow. Slated to start are Rintaro Shinoda for the Mile High Mustangs and Luis Mendez for the the Quebec Armada.
