The Seminole Warhawks and the Pleasantville Panthers will take the League Championship Series to a decisive 7th game. In a must-win situation today, the Warhawks beat the Panthers 8-3 at Attack Ballpark to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Seminole second baseman Jonathan Lemley was named player of the game in the win after he was 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 4 times.

Seminole took the lead with one out in the bottom of the first when Pat Sobiech stroked a 3-run home run. That made the score 4-1 in favor of Seminole. For the day, Sobiech went 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.

"The boys were really swinging the bats today," winning manager Rich Nolin said.

Game 7 is set to be played tomorrow. Slated to start are Sean Harris for Pleasantville and Dustin Campeau for Seminole.
