Late Rally by Bomberos Seals 4th Straight Win
Benefiting from an exceptional performance from Mike Ray, the El Paso Bomberos defeated the Brooklyn Cyclones, 8-6. Ray went 3 for 5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2 for the Bomberos. El Paso reliever Jonathan Salas picked up the win to move to 2-0. John Robinson suffered the loss. Jaime Tait earned the save, his 3rd, for the Bomberos.

Ray had a game-changing home run in the top of the eighth. On a 2-0 fastball from John Robinson, he banged a 2-run home run to right, giving the Bomberos a 8-6 lead. It was the 2nd home run of the year for Ray.

"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said El Paso manager Brian Moore.

With their winning streak at 4, the Bomberos have raced to a strong start this season.
