The Lerna Lions defeated the Francis Lewis Patriots, 17-6, at Ballpark of Ecatepec HS. Lerna center fielder Jim Regush was named player of the game for his superb performance. He was 4 for 6 with a double and 3 singles, while scoring 4 runs and driving in 3. Dean Woodworth got the win, improving to 3-3.
