Tioga Central starter Pat Bonham pitched effectively against the Billings West Golden Bears at Alleycats Ballpark. The right-hander led his team to a 6-4 win. Ricky Hartman converted his 10th save in 14 tries. The Tigers bumped their record to 30-29 with this latest triumph.

The Tigers got a big at-bat from shortstop Jim Bonafide. For the game, Bonafide was 1 for 2 with a walk. He drove in 2 runs. In the bottom of the sixth, with the bases loaded, he stroked a 2-run single. His 74th hit of the season gave Tioga Central a 6-4 lead.

"If I go out there and help the team win, that's all you can do," said Bonham.
