Hornets Continue Skid Thanks to Zacharias, Jaguars
In baseball, each game is unique. This one was no different.

The Jacksonville State Jaguars downed the Enterprise Hornets, 10-5, at Oranges Ballpark. Erik Zacharias led the way, going 2-for-4 for Jacksonville State. Enterprise has now lost 5 in a row.

The Jaguars got a big at-bat from first baseman Mike Chmelik. For the game, Chmelik hit 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. In the top of the fifth, with a runner on 3rd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 11th home run of the season gave Jacksonville State a 5-3 lead.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Zacharias.
