Bombers Advance to Divisional Championship Thursday, October 13th, 2033 The South Carolina Bombers triumphed 7-4 over the Bloomington Blazers at Bomber Ballpark in the Divisional Round to capture it 4-1. The victory advanced the Bombers to the Divisional Championship. For his superb play in the series, Bombers right fielder Shawn Harris garnered the series MVP trophy, hitting .526, scoring 4 runs and batting in 4. "Only thing better than getting MVP for winning in the playoffs would be winning MVP for winning in the ABL World Series," Harris said later. "I'll get to work on that." The South Carolina Bombers will play against the Maple Marauders in the next round. Maple had a bye in the Divisional Round.
