Texans-Hops Trade: Dotson for Rice Friday, July 29th, 2033 Dallas and San Diego have agreed to a trade today. 19-year-old minor league CF Antonio Carranza, 20-year-old minor league RHP Luis Castillo, 22-year-old minor league 2B Andy Hegarty and 21-year-old minor league LF Jeff Dotson will go to the Hops. In exchange the Texans will receive 26-year-old 2B Bryce Rice. San Diego will retain a portion of Rice's remaining contract. Thus far this year Rice has hit .284 with 1 home run and 37 RBIs. |
