Ellis Stockdale Hurt, Out for Year Thursday, July 28th, 2033 The season is ending on a bad note for Ellis Stockdale, left fielder for the Portland Beavers. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Stockdale was hurt against the Maple Marauders while running the bases. He suffered a torn calf muscle and will be out for at least 4 months. This year Stockdale has 3 home runs and a .185 batting average. |
