Willi Kehr Injured, Out for Season Friday, June 3rd, 2033 When Willi Kehr was hurt against the Vancouver Pioneers, the San Francisco Earthquakes were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 25-year-old starting pitcher suffered a stretched elbow ligament throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Kehr would miss 11 months of the season. This year Kehr has fanned 35 in 39.2 innings and collected a 0-4 record with a 4.99 ERA. |
