Rubber City's Pérez Injured, Out of Lineup Wednesday, May 25th, 2033 Disappointing news today for Rubber City Rhinos fans. Pedro Pérez was hurt making a defensive play in their game against the Kansas City Tornadoes and has an intercostal strain. Team trainers were hesitant to predict a date for return, but said it was likely the injury will keep the center fielder out at least 3 weeks. To date, Pérez has collected 48 hits for a .268 average. He has posted 10 home runs, scored 25 runs and driven in 34 runs. |
