Kuchis Runs Hit String to 20 Straight Games Sunday, May 1st, 2033 Tofeeq Kuchis went 2-for-4 in the 9-5 Vancouver Pioneers victory over the Havana Stogies at "The Fort" at B.C. Place today. Kuchis declined to speak to reporters following the game. He extended his hitting streak to 20 games. Tofeeq Kuchis doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th and flied out in the 7th. Currently Kuchis is hitting .376 and has collected 5 home runs, 20 RBIs and scored 29 times, while playing in 29 games. |
