Prowlers Blanked by Ruíz Saturday, April 23rd, 2033 Ángel Ruíz held the Oklahoma City Prowlers to 5 hits and fashioned a fine 4-0 shutout at Memorial Circle Park today. Speaking after the game, South Carolina Bombers manager Randy Huggett said "Ruíz had everything going for him today." He changed speeds effectively, stayed down, had a lot of movement," he said. "He was masterful." Ruíz rung up 7 strikeouts and surrendered no walks in the game. "We couldn't get anything going. He certainly had our number," Oklahoma City manager Jorge Valdéz told reporters.
