Injury Takes Toll, James Thompson Out
Tuesday, March 29th, 2033
Dealing with injuries is part of the game, and now James Thompson of the Rhinos knows this firsthand. He was injured against the Dallas Texans while throwing a pitch. Because of forearm tendinitis, the Rubber City starting pitcher is expected to miss 3-4 weeks. Thompson was a little upset, but understands it comes with the territory. "Baseball can be a contact sport. You try to be careful, but no matter how careful you are, injuries happen."
