Hanson Powers Patriots to 11-4 Win
|
Patriots first baseman Bill Hanson put his stamp on his team's 11-4 win over the College Park. Hanson went 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 4 for Francis Lewis in the contest. The Patriots have an impressive 27-16 record.
This game was not decided until late. With no one out in the top of the ninth, Danny Diaz drew a walk, driving in 1 run. The Patriots took the lead, 4-3.
"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Diaz.
