Downsview pitcher Jayden Palmer did his part in helping his team beat the Carl Albert Titans, 5-2. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Downsview is in second place in the Pete Rose League Alex Rodriguez Division with a record of 19-22.

Karl Holman, who is the 2nd-best prospect in the Mustangs organization, aided the Downsview cause with a 2-run double in the top of the fourth. For the game, the right fielder was 2-4 with 2 doubles and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"I'm just happy to help the team win," Holman told the Downsview News.
