Mike Guth made an impact in the 7-2 Topeka West win over Derby. Guth, who is tied for 7th in the PRL with a 1.193 OPS, went 4 for 5 with a triple, a double, and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Adam Reid locked down his 1st save. The Chargers bumped their record to 25-14 with this latest triumph.

The tide might have turned with no one out in the bottom of the fourth, had not Chris Marks made a big pitch. With runners on 1st and 2nd and the Panthers trailing 5-1, he retired Aidan Martins, who struck out.
