Jefferson got a strong outing from Bill Crabbe as the Indians defeated the Central Tech Blues, 2-0, at Oranges Ballpark. The first-place Indians now have a 4-game winning streak.

Crabbe, who was born in Halifax, Canada, threw 130 pitches over 8.2 innings, while allowing no earned runs.

"The effort we put into this one paid off," Crabbe said.
