Mustangs Get Road Win, 6-4
The San Marin Mustangs picked up a win at Ballpark of Morelia HS, knocking off the Grand Island Islanders, 6-4. On the mound for San Marin was right-hander Ron Mabie, who played a pivotal role in the win. Iestyn Milward was credited with the save for San Marin, his 3rd of the season. At 9-15, the Mustangs find themselves in 4th place in the Hank Aaron League Willie Mays Division.

Jeff Rowan aided the San Marin cause with a 2-run single in the top of the fourth. For the game, the center fielder went 2 for 5 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Rowan. "And not try to do too much."
